Initial Assessment & Program Design

A 60 minute session that runs through functional movements patterns to evaluate your overall health and fitness level. The results of your assessment provide a 12-week exercise program that guide you towards improvements in your overall health goals.

Personal Training

Provided 1:1 attention and guidance through exercise demonstration. These sessions are fully customized based on your ability and health goals.

Group Training

Offered in a 4:1 ratio that provides personalized support with group motivation and accountability.

Virtual Training

Online coaching and feedback with the flexibility and convenience of training from anywhere.
